We are currently now shortlisting candidates for immediate interview within a major HR outsourcing and consultancy organisation based in Surrey. They require a European compensation and benefits analyst to work in conjunction with the European reward manager in the design, implementation and administration of local, regional and global reward programmes including base pay and bonus review, recognition and long term incentives.
You will need to demonstrate an excellent understanding of reward ideally with European reward experience. This will include salary and bonus reviews, role evaluation, benchmarking, surveys and market data analysis. Experiences of long-term incentives, Peoplesoft along with any European language skills are a distinct advantage. This is an excellent opportunity to further your career within a global HR organisation.
