Providing support to the Compensation and Benefits Manager, this role will be instrumental in securing and retaining employees through competitive and performance enhancing global compensation policies. Duties will include surveys, benchmarking, salary and bonus review processes, the review and harmonising of global benefits, providing MI data to effect benefit renewals, assist with International Assignees and work closely with UK and overseas HR counterparts. Combining Compensation, Benefits and IA responsibilities with a global perspective, this role offers variety and challenge with the opportunity to travel for an experienced Analyst with confident C&B experience including employee benefits and bonuses, advanced excel and HRIS / report writing skills.
