Compensation & Benefits Analyst up to £40,000 per annum My client, an innovative and relaxed financial services firm, based in Liverpool Street are currently looking for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join their existing team. The main aspects of this role will involve: Regular maintenance of all compensation and benefits data. Data compilation and analysis of cash compensation. Communication with colleagues at all levels of the organisation. Working closely with the Global Head of Compensation & Benefits. The ideal candidate will be highly numerate with an expert knowledge of Excel who possesses excellent relationship skills.
