This period has always proven to be a time of activity with regards to recruitment for Compensation specialists as we near the end-of-year payround processes. My client a global investment bank is currently looking to bring on a specialist Compensation Analyst to join the London Compensation & Benefits team. This candidate will have previous FS sector experience, or alternatively professional service experience, in a similar role. Highly numerate individuals with extensive knowledge of year-end processes, excellent use of EXCEL and a broad knowledge of compensation issues are favourable. The role includes: - The facilitation of year-end processes - Maintaining all Compensation and Benefits data in various formats, effectively analysing and reporting results effectively to the business client base - Participate in the cash compensation processes including market analysis, bonus calculations and deferred compensation. - Participation in the operational activities of the expatriot program including tax package equalisations. - Liasing with external vendors on compensation related issues. - Communicating the compensation & benefit issues across the business at all levels, including Executives.
