We are currently now shortlisting candidates for an exceptional opportunity within a leading provider of advanced energy technology. They require an experienced compensation and benefits manager to manage the benefits function in Europe, Africa, Russia and Caspian Region and provide benefits and compensation expertise to the region.
You will need to demonstrate exceptional knowledge of compensation and benefits in conjunction with the ability to implement strategy. Experience of managing local benefit programmes, managing vendor relationships and implementing salary structures and incentive schemes in line with the overall objectives of the organisation are essential.
