EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY FOR COMPENSATION & BENEFITS SPECIALIST IN THE FINANCIAL SERVICES SECTOR

My client a global financial organisation, is currently recruiting within their London HR department for a Compensation & Benefits specialist.

The organisation is a leading financial services organisation with a presence in a wide sphere of financial products. With their population spread internationally and with trends changing in the compensation & benefits field, they are looking to take on a compensation & benefits officer to assist them in all processes reporting directly to the Global Head of Compensation and Benefits.

The ideal candidate will have a background within the FS sector or working within the professional services as a compensation specialist with a strong skill-set, looking to take on further responsibilities and experiences as a specialist and be highly remunerated for this.

Part of the responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:

  • Maintaining all compensation & benefits data across the business and within the HR department.
  • Compiling data and analysis of all cash comp including market analysis, bonus calculations and deferred comp.
  • Supervision of expatriate program and its smooth operation.
  • Liasing with suppliers regarding benefits expat tax and other organisations to ensure the smooth operation of the global compensation & benefits processes.
  • Communicating compensation and benefits issues to colleagues at all levels of the business.

They are looking for highly numerate individuals, with excellent Microsoft Excel skills, a desire to pursue a career in Comp & Bens, attention to detail and produce high quality work
