We are currently now shortlisting candidates for an exceptional opportunity within a leading consultancy
based in London. They require an experienced compensation consultant to manage client relationships,
provide guidance to the survey production team and effectively market the organisations products and
services. This includes salary surveys in conjunction with project based initiatives.
You will need to demonstrate excellent knowledge of compensation and benefits in conjunction with
exceptional written and oral communication skills. Experience of working on compensation based projects
will be a distinct advantage.
