They require a reward and recognition advisor to assist in the introduction of best practicesby providing specialist recognition advice and support to management within the company.
You will need to demonstrate an excellent understanding of employee benefits and recognition schemes. This will include incentive design, pensions, long term incentives, share schemes and pensions.
