Job Description

My client, a financial services organisation in London, is seeking to recruit a Vice President of HR to join the current team structure, with a main focus on the delivery of reward/compensation issues for the organisation.

Sitting under the Head of HR, the role indulges in HR issues across the organisation but with key reward responsibilities. Therefore having demonstrated strong Analytical and compensation & benefits skills and knowledge is essential. Furthermore having previous significant exposure to all areas of Human Resources is important for this role.

Part of the responsibilities as the Reward specialist for the company will be the development and implementation of reward strategy for the business, managing deferred compensation and carried interest. Salary and total remuneration benchmarking; compensation and bonus modelling as well as managing the annual compensation review process.

As part of the generalist team you will be dealing with employee relations issues, including managing grievances and disciplinaries and providing management advice to line managers. Be involved in the talent management and development by assisting in the development of training delivery, working with the business to develop learning and development goals. Furthermore contribute in the development of policies and procedures and assist in the recruitment process for senior hires.

Individuals with strong relationship building skills, attention to detail, hard working and willing to contribute to the team and with excellent analytical skills will be strong candidates for this opportunity.
