Further to a period of sustained worldwide expansion, this truly market leading, highly respected global organisation is committed to appointing an Executive Reward Analyst to compliment the existing Reward Management team – operating as part of a wider Human Resources function. The reward management function is accountable for developing reward solutions that attract, motivate and retain this organisation's employees.
This is a pivotal role where you will be analysing, identifying and collating data, focussing specifically on the organisation's senior leaders and executives. This opportunity has a global remit, requiring the successful individual to provide analytical support including benchmarking of salaries, total reward packages and the reviewing of remuneration packages and practices of other FTSE 30 organisations. Ad hoc project work supporting the Executive Reward Director will add another dimension to this exciting position. It is a role through which you will assist in shaping the company through astute evaluation and commercially focussed solutions during a time of rapid change, leaving your mark within the organisation.
With significant previous exposure in an analytical role within a Human Resources function, you will be confident, commercially focussed and inspiring to your colleagues. You will possess practical experience of data analysis and subsequent interpretation to the business. Flexible in your approach to work, you will be a highly organised, relationship focussed self-starter able to work well on your own initiative as well as within a team.
With excellent skills to influence and build working relations at a senior level, you will be degree qualified or equivalent whilst having had significant exposure to a commercially focussed, fast paced, corporate environment.
