A provider of software, consultancy and outsourced admin solutions for flexible benefits and total reward statements seeks an account manager to join their busy consulting team.
Key accountabilities for this role will be client relationship management, implementation of new systems for clients and providing system and process support to clients and partners.
The account manager role requires skills and experience in consultancy, project management, HR processes and the ability to write requirement specifications, so whilst it is not a technical role as such it does require some understanding of systems and how HR processes inter-react with systems software.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate a thorough knowledge of flexible benefits and a general knowledge of UK compensation and benefits. A good knowledge of UK tax rules in the area of compensation and benefits is beneficial.
In addition to excellent client relationship management skills, you will have the ability to work on your own without daily guidance and be a strong team player. You will also possess the ability to multitask, prioritise and schedule your own workload along with delegating work for others.
