Job Description
The role holder for this Global Head of Compensation, Benefits and HR Analytics for this Financial Services organisation in the city will be an Internal consultant to Business Area Heads on key strategic compensation issues in Asset Management, and will execute the Management of Compensation and HR Analytics team to provide high quality HR management information to support business decision making.
Key activities will include:
Provision of advice and support on all Compensation and Benefits issues for Business Group, including key hiring, termination, acquisition and due diligence activities
Management of Compensation and HR Analytics team through Team Leader to provide co-ordinated functional and regional support on all HR data reports and analytics
Liaison with Group Functions on all technical issues relating to the delivery of appropriate compensation solutions for the business
Leadership of the annual Core Cycle including compensation, promotion and key talent activities through the team
The successful applicant will
have a broad background in global compensation markets, particularly within Asset Management businesses
be able to influence senior managers on key strategic decisions relating to compensation positioning for both individuals and business functions
have a demonstrated track record on managing complex global processes with tight timelines
possess independence of thought and personal resilience

Base salarybetween £75,000 and£100,000plus bonus and benefits.
