We are currently now shortlisting candidates for an exceptional opportunity within a rapidly expanding FTSE250 organisation. As part of their development they require an experienced head of compensation and benefits to design, deliver and implement reward strategy in line with the objections of the organisation.
You will need to demonstrate exceptional knowledge of compensation and benefits in conjunction with the drive to grow the business area. Experience of job families, broadbanding, executive compensation and implementation of strategy in line with a performance management initiatives are essential
