We are currently now shortlisting candidates for an exceptional opportunity within a progressive consultancy in the South East. As part of their development they require an experienced head of compensation and benefits to design, deliver and implement reward strategy in line with the objections of the organisation.
You will need to demonstrate exceptional knowledge of compensation and benefits in conjunction with the drive to grow the business area. Experience of executive compensation, incentive schemes, bonus, pensions and implementation of strategy in line with performance management initiatives are essential. If you have experience of grow by acquisition this is a distinct advantage as is a background in engineering.
