Due to significant growth and expansion we are currently shortlisting candidates for an exceptional
opportunity within a leading green energy organisation. As part of their ongoing development they
require a Regional Head of Reward for EMEA to design and implement reward strategy in line with
the overall global objectives of the organisation.
You will need to demonstrate exceptional knowledge of reward within the energy sector in conjunction
with the successful design and implementation of strategy in new markets. Excellent communication
skills and the ability to influence at board level are essential and international exposure is adistinct
advantage.
