My client, the world’s most successful mobile transaction network, is looking for an experienced benefits consultant to join their team on an interim basis for a period of 4 months.
There are a number of projects to be completed but the role will primarily focus around the following key projects:
1. Benefits Review
- Review current benefits partners including costs and service
- Investigate competitors
- Make recommendations whether to continue as is or change provider
- Manage change to new provider as required
- Ensure all documentation is in place accordingly (compliance, sign up)
2. Review and update of offer letters, policies & employment handbooks
- Liaise with outside counsel as required
- Revise Restrictive Covenants (EMEA) for differing levels of seniority
- Investigate and if supported, devise a Code of Conduct
2. Stock options
- Review documentation across all territories
- Assess any legislation changes (e.g. France) and advise on impact
3. EMEA Background Checks
- Review short listed providers
- Meet with a selection of the above and assess costs
4. What we are looking for
· Graduate calibre HR Professional
· Solid HR project management experience
· Fully competent
· Demonstrates initiative & contributes to problem solving
