Our Client is a leading Investment Management Organisation based within the Financial Square Mile of London looking to recruit a HR Consultant.
This is a unique opportunity to branch and leverage from a generalist HR background into a Compensation and Benefits role. After an initial period working closely alongside the HR Generalists the successful applicant will be responsible for setting up the Compensation and Benefit function from scratch. This is an exciting opportunity to take full responsibility for a large-scale project, after rollout you will take full ownership and look to build and develop a team in the future. This position will suit a generalist with Compensation and Benefit specific experience, who is looking to grow, be challenged and develop within the speciality of Compensation and Benefit.
Prior Financial Services or Professional Services experience beneficial. HR Project Management experience an advantage but by no means essential.
