HR Manager (Finance)
Central London
c£50-55,000 + bonus + bens (base salary flexible)
Our client, a leading provider of foreign exchange and global payment services, is currently looking to recruit a Human Resources Manager to provide expert knowledge and support to a high performing sales and marketing division. Change and re-structuring have been the main focus over the last twelve months but having turned the corner their goal is to focus on the internal talents motivation and incentivisation, while they look at project orientated work to develop and attract new.
Reporting into the HR Director this role has a wide but generalist flavour to it, key projects around Leadership and Management Development, along with C&B and Reward are all areas that the successful candidate will become involved with.
This is a key hire into a close-knit team that has huge ambition to drive and partner with the organisation as it strives to take more market share. To be considered for this exciting opportunity you must be able to demonstrate supporting a similar client group, ideally with the finance sector but open to experience with sales and marketing teams within different environments. Experience of Reward or Compensation and Benefits programs within a sales environment would be hugely beneficial. Working as a business partner providing help and support around talent management, leadership development would also be advantageous.
