The Background
Leading public sector organisation is currently seeking to recruit a HR MI Analyst to join a large HR Systems team within a head office environment. You will be accountable for the delivery of a timely and accurate reporting service to the organisation.
The Responsibilities
Ensuring that the reporting service you deliver is business focussed you will help to guide effective people management decisions. Responsibilities will include:
Extracting quality reports from the Oracle HR database using Discoverer and Business Objects
Interpreting, presenting and analysing data using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Liaising with business areas to understand and customise user-reporting requirements
Producing quality reports to aid the success of projects
Other data related and ad hoc projects will help to comprise this varied and exciting role
The Professional
The successful candidate will be an experienced HR MI professional. You will be analytically minded with strong technical and operational experience of developing reports ideally using Oracle Discoverer or Business Objects from the Oracle HR system. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint will be highly desirable. You will be a strong team player with a desire to work within a specialist function within a fast paced and demanding working environment.
