The Background
A market-leading blue chip organisation with over 10,000 employees worldwide is currently seeking to recruit an HR Reward Manager to work with the Reward team in providing and delivering a forward thinking, innovative Reward strategy across the organisation within the UK & wider Europe.
The Role
Working closely with the International Reward Manager and managing two direct reports, your role will involve the coordination and management of:
·To support the design, development & implementation of company reward programmes
·All employee benefits & compensation programmes
·Pension schemes and share plans
·Implementation and review of performance strategies
·Salary reviews
·Project work related to the implementation of additional benefits
·Provision of reports, analysis and statistics relating to the above
The Person
Of graduate calibre with strong IT literacy and proven hands on Reward experience. The successful candidate will have a thorough, detailed and analytical approach with the ability to quickly prioritise, organise and deliver Reward programmes on a large-scale complex environment. This is a fast paced, energetic environment where the need to build relationships and communicate at all levels is a must, a team player with a positive outlook and the ability to gain credibility is a must.
