The Background
This well-known public sector organisation is seeking to recruit a HR Systems Analyst during an exciting period of project alignment and system transformation. Within a business and end user facing role, you will offer a seamless service to a fast paced community.
The Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the HR Systems Team Manager you will have full specialist responsibility for maintaining and developing the HR system and leading and supporting key HR Systems projects throughout entire life cycles. You will be responsible for contributing to the work of the MI team and HR team with emphasis being focussed on the successful development of the Oracle HR system.
You will lead and advise the business on the functionality of the Oracle HR system to ensure timely and accurate production of business management information. You will support all end users with any requirements or issues they may have with the system or systems processes and ensure that the business receives the maximum output from the Oracle HR system.
The Professional
You will be an experienced business facing HRIS professional with experience of supporting a large business area with systems related issues. Oracle HR experience is highly desirable and you will have experience of data management and HR reporting. A strong analytically minded and forward thinking candidate will enjoy this varied and challenging role within an environment where the importance of HR Systems is paramount.
