We are currently now shortlisting candidates for an exceptional opportunity with a FTSE250 organisation based in London. As part of their continual growth and development they require an experienced International Benefits Advisor to provide an effective framework in relation to their worldwide International Benefit and Pension program.
You will be required to develop policy and procedure for pension and benefit plans taking into account market trends and tax constraints. This will include setting up procedures in new countries such as Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and the USA and managing all 3rd party suppliers. There will also be the opportunity to get involved in project work in all global regions.
The relevant candidate will need to demonstrate an excellent understanding of International benefits and pensions and the ability to effectively manage external stakeholders. Knowledge of international pensions, tax and legislation is also a distinct advantage.
