My client a top-tier investment bank in the city is seeking to hire a compensation analyst within their London deferred compensation team. They are seeking an experienced analyst with a background in gathering, manipulating and reporting large amount of data in large institutions. Individuals with experience in vendor management, a reward or tax background and advanced Excel skills are sought after. The role has an integral part in the day to day vendor management; fascilitating share sales and transfers within the business; co-ordination of the annual bonus modelling and election process on deferred plans; prepairing reports on a monthly basis on deferred cash plans and creating and maintaining effective relationships throughout the business.
