MI & Compensation Manager - London

 

Our client, a global private bank, requires an MI and Compensation Manager to provide a regular and ad hoc management information, and a first class reward process to support the wider people agenda for the whole region (Bermuda, Cayman Islands, India and Isle of Mann). 

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing regular management information reports to support decision making by the Head of HR, business executive and Group Private Banking HR
• Ensure the accuracy of the HR databases; soliciting employees each year to update their data and managing a data clean up of organisation data 
• Provide data extracts to fulfil Global Private Banking reporting requirements. 
• Co-ordinate annual pay review process for the Region
• Generate compensation reports/analysis in a clear format to aid decision making
• Responsible for the accuracy of pay review data accuracy with the HR Populous database
• Provide post pay review analysis

The ideal candidate will have: 

• Excellent PC skills; databases, Advanced Excel including spreadsheets, pivot tables and macros
• Prior working knowledge of PeopleSoft and particularly of reporting rolls
• Highly numerate
• Experience in Management Information 
• Experience within HR would be beneficial
