A pensions specialist with reward experience is required to join this international organisation. Working within the reward team, you will be responsible for the development, management and implementation of the group wide pension policy. This role will also be responsible for working closely with the Reward team on broader remuneration matters including executive compensation, annual reward cycle, reward benchmarking and the development of packages.
Skills required
Strong pensions knowledge;
Act as point of reference technical pensions matters and compliance
DC & DB
Advise scheme trustees
Good understanding of reward
Ability to work at an operational & strategic level
Project management skills
Build & maintain strong relationships internally/externally
Strong analytical & numerical skills
Degree qualified
