Employed by this multi-national organisation as a Reward Advisor, you will be part of a friendly team that offer good career prospects. Day to day responsibilities will involve close liaison with employees, HR, business managers and benefit providers: dealing with enquiries, providing advice, advising on changes, conducting market /competitor research and analysis. You will help research and review benefit scheme policies and practices, input to the Total Reward project and produce MI reports and analysis. Previous experience gained within a compensation/ reward or benefits role is essential, as are strong and credible communication skills. CIPD and / or degree education are highly desirable
