As part of a small but growing HR function within a professional corporation, this role will take full responsibility for providing the Reward and Benefits expertise for an international employee base. The successful candidate will be accountable for :
· the annual compensation review together with salary and market benchmarking
· managing employee benefits including provider review and renewals; ensuring a competitive market position; scheme administration, promotion and employee correspondence
· producing MI reports and analysis in order to support management decisions
· Submit payroll data to the payroll provider, answer employee enquiries and ensure benefits data affects the payroll in a correct manner.
· assisting within a HR team environment, making presentations and recommendations to the HR Director
Applicants must have confident Compensation and Benefit experience, with the ability to work unsupervised, as the resident C&B expert. Strong excel and report writing skills are vital, as are a professional and credible manner and a flexible working approach. Previous exposure to payroll is a distinct advantage
