Team based, in house analyst role within a leading resources and technology organisation where you will be actively encouraged to develop your skills and expertise. Dealing with day to day compensation and reward issues, you will answer employee queries; communicate reward programs; deal with research and development of reward structures; assist in implementing changes and initiatives; take an active part in the annual reward process and undertake adhoc salary analysis.
Candidates must be adept in problem solving, highly numerate with strong analysis and excel skills ideally gained within an HR/ Reward environment, have confident and credible communication skills and be able to demonstrate the ability to work to strict deadlines.
