A FTSE100 global financial services player seeks an interim reward analyst for a 6 month placement within a newly created reward team. This team is responsible for globalising all reward practices for a population of c. 275,000 worldwide.
This position will be responsible for collecting data from regional sources, data cleansing activities, collation, analysis and presentation of data. This is the first time the year end processes will be run on a global basis so high attention to detail will be essential.
Ideal candidates will have previous experience of working on year end processes. You will possess excellent analytical and data manipulation skills, be highly self-motivated as well as a good team player.
There is a strong possibility that this position will become permanent in 2009.
