One of the U.K's leading people carriers are looking for someone to join their compensation and benefits department.

As the company moves towards becoming a world class organisation you will have a significant role in the development, communication and implementation of effective “World Class” reward and benefit procedures and policies.

Providing expert analytical and research to support the Reward team and HR colleagues throughout the business you will also have Responsibility for salary surveys, benchmarking activities and job evaluation processes. You will also provide critical support in respect of the annual salary and bonus review processes as well as undertaking ad hoc benefits project work.

The ideal candidate will ideally you will have previous HR experience, as well as excellent analytical and numerical skills, IT literacy (specifically Excel), plus strong people-facing and communication skills, working knowledge of HAY would be advantageous and an interest in current reward and benefits thinking is essential.
