Exciting opportunity to join a FTSE100 best practice reward team responsible for providing an internal reward consultancy service.
A FTSE-100 Financial Services organisation with a network of offices throughout Europe, Asia Pacific and the US seeks a Reward Manager.
This Reward Manager role is tasked with providing internal consultancy to HR Directors, line managers and employees in relation to reward policies and to support the development and implementation of reward policies and practices
This team's primary areas of responsibility are:
- benchmarking and
- the annual reward review & salary budgeting process
In addition the team :
- manages the grading structure;
- produces ad hoc and regular reports, analyses and models;
- supports the production of the Remuneration Report & Remuneration Committee papers;
- oversees the management of a small number of expatriates;
- administers various (non pension/LTI) benefit plans; and
- inputs to the HR budget.
Ideal candidates for the Reward Manager role will possess:
- prior reward experience and knowledge of best practice
- knowledge of benchmaking techniques
- experience of working with survey houses
- excellent numeracy skills
- high level of communication skills.
