Reward Manager
Up to £43k
North London
Our client, a leading charity is seeking to recruit an experienced Reward Manager to join their Human Resource function, based in North London.
Job Purpose
-To provide operational guidance on all aspects of the Reward package.
-Lead and support the reward process, with particular attention to where job evaluation sits in this process.
Key accountability's
-Support HR function including Job matching, salary surveys, allowances, pay structure and employee benefits.
- Establish, in conjunction with the HR function the design and implementation of a new pay structure.
- Facilitate and manage projects centred on total reward packages.
- Support and manage the job evaluation process including the development and documentation of guidelines, ensuring it meets the organisations objectives.
