My Clients are large global banks who are all seeking Reward Managers, junior and senior, of all levels to work within their London Offices.
The roles will include managing the operational and strategic delivery of reward, to support the development and implementation of wider HR strategy and plans which enable the business to achieve its growth strategy, and to contribute to the development and implementation of the reward initiatives which support the Banks overall business strategy.
The right candidates should be able to demonstrate a high level of analytical and financial skills, be a strong reward specialist and be able to develop and deliver reward strategies and solutions involving base pay, variable pay/incentives, long term incentives, and benefits.
Must have strong communication and relationship building skills.
Financial Services experience is essential.
Based in Central and South East London.
£45k - £100k basic salary + benefits
