Huxley Associates are a leading specialist within the HR, Accountancy and ICT Markets. We are currently now shortlisting candidates for immediate interview within a major professional services firm based in central London. They require a reward manager to provide support and advice to the business on reward related issues during the busy period. This includes management of the annual salary review process and the opportunity to get involved in various other reward related projects. You will need to demonstrate an excellent understanding of reward ideally from a consultancy background. This includes project managing the salary review process, bonus and market analysis.
