The Role

You will lead a quality, cost effective, customer focused Reward & Recognition team in order to ensure the organisations approach to total reward effectively supports the delivery of both strategic and operational plans.
The Person
You will be of graduate calibre with experience of the formulation and implementation of company wide HR initiatives, policies and practices.
Personnel experience including direct involvement with pay review, payroll management and salary advice is essential, along with knowledge of external reward and benefit practices and approaches.
