A growing company within the leisure industry is looking for an experienced Reward Consultant to join them either on an interim to permanent basis or permanently
The company offers many opportunities to develop your career and is expanding across the all regions of the world.
The role will cover the whole arena of reward with a focus on global transfers; managing the whole relocation piece, Share schemes, salary grading and benefit renewal.
This is a customer facing role managing 1 member of staff. This is a very fast paced environment with an entrepreneurial spirit and would suit an individual looking to expand their international knowledge
