Fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic international organisation as Senior Reward Specialist. Supporting the development of compensation strategy and implementing changes to global compensation programmes, this position has both an operational and strategic dimension. Key responsibilities include- design and development of cash compensation strategy, alignment of market data analysis with company objects, development of communication materials for reward initiatives. This role will act a project lead for a variety of reward initiatives and be responsible for the supervision of supporting analysts. Confident reward skills and experience at a policy shaping level is essential
