One of the UK's largest charitable organisations is seeking a Reward Specialist for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract to conduct a major project.  There is a possibility that ongoing reward support will be required after the initial 12 month period.

This Reward Specialist role will review the current job evaluation and grading structure and implement revised systems to meet the current needs.  The Reward Specialist will also contribute to the development, delivery and communication of the reward policies, including pay, pensions and other benefits.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Establish, develop and maintain mechanisms for monitoring market trends and market pay levels, benchmarking key roles against market salaries
• Develop reward policies and practices in line with the overall remuneration strategy
• Contribute to the development of pension policy and provide pensions advice to staff
• Manage the benefits provision including private health and permanent disability insurance schemes
• Contribute and participate in other Human Resources Management activities

Ideal candidates for the Reward Specialist role will possess experience in the reward area including current knowledge of best practice and experience of operating job evaluation systems.  You will possess a high level of numeracy, proficiency in Excel and good communication, analytical and project management skills.
