An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join a truly international organisation based in the London office. The role of Reward Specialist will require a candidate with: -solid experience of vendor management within a HR capacity -experience within the HR Reward field -a strong understanding of the reward product range -advanced Excel skills -experience of working in a global environment -good attention to detail As Reward Specialist you will be accountable for: -the day-to-day management of benefit providers -facilitating share tax sale and share transfers with internal custody -monitoring liability reports -co-ordinating the distribution process for mandatory deferred Cash Plans and Performance Based Incentive Plans -preparing monthly performance reports for Mandatory Deferred Cash Plan This opportunity would suit an experienced Compensation and Benefits Specialist who wants to focus on deferred compensation, becoming a specialist in this niche area. It is not essential to have worked specifically in Deferred Compensation, but covering it within a more general reward role would be beneficial.
