A fantastic international opportunity now exists with one of the leading global consultancies to join an expanding team and play a part in the growth and profitability of the unit. You would be accountable for client relationships, providing guidance to the survey production team (possibly as sector specialist), publishing, marketing and selling new products and services. This would include standard and bespoke surveys as well as leading compensation based project work such as salary structure development, compensation and benefits or total compensation reviews. Responsibilities include: • Project manage, publish, grow, market and sell allocated surveys to UK and European clients • Project manage bespoke surveys, job pricings, and compensation audits • Develop relationships with allocated clients with a view to meeting their data/best practice/market information requirements and expanding the business • Develop capabilities of the Data Services units by training team members in data services and C&B skills. Specifically job matching/client relationships/compensation audits • Maintain existing and develop new job descriptions so that they are up to date and assist the collect of information for the UK • Make client presentations and write proposals as appropriate • Look for opportunities to develop new products/services in the UK • Provide project based consulting services to UK and European clients Ideally you will come from another leading consultancy looking for the next step in your career.
