Our client is a consulting firm with 25 years of experience of servicing clients in the public and private sector in the UK, Europe and globally. Their work has recently expanded to include detailed advisory work on pay and grading systems and job evaluation methodologies.
As a result they are now looking for an experienced HR specialist to join their international team on either a full or part-time flexible working basis, to help further develop this work.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate a thorough knowledge of job evaluation & analysis and pay structures currently in use. You will also have experience of working on HR projects around public sector reform, reorganisation and change. Candidates should have a demonstrable track record over at least five years' in advising on pay and grading issues in the UK public sector, ideally with some experience as a consultant.
In addition to excellent analytical skills, you will have the ability to write clearly and concisely. You will also possess the appropriate interpersonal skills to be able to successfully influence at the highest levels.
This opportunity will suit those keen to work on overseas assignments, which might involve being away for up to 3 - 4 weeks' duration at any one time.
Opportunities will exist to work on a broader range of assignments both in the UK and overseas.
