A boutique executive compensation firm is seeking a Senior Remuneration Analyst to develop a valuable data and survey division.  An excellent opportunity for a Remuneration Analyst to take a leading role in developing existing products in the UK and overseas.

Key activities of the Senior Remuneration Analyst will include:

• Ensuring high level of participation in surveys by effective marketing campaigns;
• Management of data collection process;
• Maintaining high quality pay and incentive databases;
• Problem solving any data manipulation issues;
• Answering client queries regarding survey data;
• Delivery of ad hoc analysis as part of wider consulting projects;
• Assisting with the development of the surveys.

This Senior Remuneration Analyst position also offers very good career development opportunities into broader executive remuneration consulting.

Ideal candidates for the Senior Remuneration Analyst position will possess good MS office skills including advanced Excel skills.  Attention to detail, concern for order and effective project management skills are also key.
