A great career opportunity for a confident reward manager with strong technical reward expertise, particularly in salary analysis, benchmarking and pay rounds. Take the lead in the Reward operational team in order to provide best practice solutions and provide a high quality compensation consultancy service to employees and senior stakeholders. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will influence and support senior management in developing reward strategies in line with the overall people and business strategy, duties will include preparation of the annual reward plan, increasing reward competence and customer satisfaction whilst acting as a constructive challenger to HR strategy development and direction.
Candidates must have a significant, proven track record of strong technical reward and analysis expertise at practitioner level and the ability to lead and motivate whilst ensuring continuous high standards of delivery. This role will suit performance driven candidates with credible and professional presentation/ communication skills. Previous experience within reward consultancy is beneficial.
