An international restaurant chain is currently recruiting for a Benefits and Compensation Officer. Working in a team of three you will be providing specialist benefits and compensation related advice to employees, managers and HR operations colleagues.
Assisting with the ongoing review of the existing benefits packages, you will be introducing and implementing new benefits, managing all day to day aspects of the company pension schemes, assisting with end to end management of the salary review process, providing advice and support to employees regarding various schemes and assisting with ad hoc projects.
You will need 2-3 years HR experience – benefits and compensation experience preferred, experience rolling out internal communications and job evaluation or benchmarking experience.
