HR EUROPEAN BUSINESS PARTNER - EXCITING TEAM EXPANSION WITH PROJECT WORK - LONDON

Leading Not For Profit organisation is going through an exciting period of change in strategy moving to a more Business Partner based structure.

As a result of this, my client is looking for a European HR Business Partner to help facilitate this change and become a key person in this organisations development.  This role is based in London but is to liaise with their European offices as well as the London base.

You will have the following main parts to your role:

• To contribute to the development and maintenance of a client-centred HR department in an advisory role with knowledge of employee relations, compensation and benefits, generalist HR, training / learning and development and payroll.
• To support the development and maintenance of HR Centres across Europe.
• To deliver the advisory role but also to be very business facing, working closely with senior managers in the organisation in a client-centred HR service and increasing organisational productivity, individual performance and potential.
• To be involved in policy formulation and take the lead on designated projects. There are projects available in the L&D, ER and Equality areas to be designed and rolled out in the immediate future.
• There will be the opportunity to travel to Europe regularly.

It is a highly exciting role where the ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified with Business Partner experience, Employment Law knowledge, strong coaching and training skills.

My client are very excited about this hire, and are looking someone who wants to be a key player in a period of change and is keen to take on meaty project work in one of the above listed areas.

It is not essential to have language skills but if you speak Spanish, Italian or French, this would be highly advantageous.
