Job Description
Our client has just had a position for a Compensation & Benefits Co-ordinator arise, paying around the £45,000 figure with additional car allowance and ancillary benefits. Operating within the Automotive Industry the key responsibilities include:
To ensure that all relevant pension documentation is kept up to date and legally compliant and that any changes are duly communicated to the Trustees, HR Departments and members as appropriate
Investigate and resolve pensions related issues and queries for both the Company and individual employees
To support the Trustees and HR Director in all pension related matters, including death in service cases
Produce monthly update reports for pension purposes
Co-ordinate Private Health Insurance (PHI) claims and issues
Carry out PHI administration as necessary
Provide administration support to ensure that all relevant Share Incentive Plan (SIP) documentation is up to date and that any changes are duly communicated to all members
Administrate BUPA applications, leavers, etc, liaising with HR departments as necessary
Maintain BUPA membership reports and records
Liaise with BUPA as necessary
Carry out necessary administration for the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
Produce utilisation and summary statistics for EAP
Liaise with HR departments to produce a quarterly head count summary for UK and Ireland
Manage and administrate the UK Company Car Fleet
Assist divisional HR Managers with UK and local annual Salary and benefits Surveys
To co-ordinate and support HR Processes & Procedures such as the Corporate HR Audit
Manage HR documentation on the Quality (QSI) Database
To analyse and review company benefits and assist in implementing updates and new initiatives
