Job Description

My Client is one of the largest financial organisations in the UK. Due to the current acquisition of 2 additional financial organisations, they are now seeking to carry out the initial Job Evaluation of over 350 employees. Reporting to the HR Director and ideally with experienc gained within the financial or commercial sector, the ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the HAY Job Evaluation scheme, be a skilled communicator with strong influencing and negotiation skills. You will also be able to communicate at Senior level and provide regular updates to the board whilst also supporting the Line Managers on the implementation of the project and guiding them on the completion of Job Evaluation interviews.
