Compensation & Benefits Manager (1 year FTC) – Oxfordshire - salary dependant on skills and experience – Ref 5751
We have registered an exciting opportunity for someone to step into a key role within the HR department for a successful European company, based at their Oxfordshire HQ.
This is a challenging and senior role and the successful candidate will need to take complete ownership of Compensation and Benefits - driving new ideas, presenting to the HRD and implementing new programmes. Some of your responsibilities will include introducing innovative incentive and reward schemes, and manage the full range of benefit plans within Europe; participate in salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation in line with business strategy and compensation philosophy; support the Group HR Director in overseeing salary planning, increase programs, and companywide bonus programs; and support the implementation of an HRIS systems as well as an employee Self Service Benefit program.
To be successful you should have a relevant degree or equivalent, and be fluent in English and preferably one other language. You will have proven knowledge of the European compensation market and accounting, benefits, pension, taxation and employment standards legislation in various European countries. You will be comfortable working in a direct, demanding, assertive and challenging culture which is fast paced and immediate, as well as having excellent excel and data analysis skills and experience with HRS.
