Compensation & Benefits Specialist – Oxford – c. £50,000 per annum + bonus + car/car allowance - Ref 4835
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful international biotechnology organisation, in a specialist reward role. The company is very successful and the culture is dynamic, with a strong team focus. All employees within the organisation are able to operate with a high degree of autonomy and this role is no exception.
The Compensation & Benefits Specialist's first challenge will be to review the existing salary structure and benefits provision (including a supplier review), benchmark with competitors and make recommendations for improvement where necessary.
Although the successful candidate will operate within an international context, the responsibility will be for the UK only, currently around 550 employees based over 4 sites.
Applicants should have solid experience within compensation & benefits management, ideally gained within a European/international context. A relevant degree in HR or Business Administration would also be a plus, and applicants should also have a good understanding of UK employment law.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence within a changing environment are essential, and it would be helpful to have experience/understanding of working within a matrix management structure.
As part of this role the successful applicant will be required to travel regularly within the UK and internationally on an ad hoc basis. You will report into the Compensation & Benefits Director based in Europe.
The company offer excellent benefits, including final salary pension, healthcare and a bonus scheme.
If you are interested please submit your full CV along with your salary expectations for the role.
