Employee Wellbeing - HR Business Manager –– Oxfordshire – up to £45,000 plus benefits – Ref 5700

We have registered an exciting opportunity for an HR Business Manager dealing primarily in the area of reward and employee wellbeing. Working closely with the business, you will be helping to understand how and in what ways initiatives can help to meet operational needs, drawing together pay, benefits and pensions.

The company are looking to formulate a wellbeing strategy which enhances employee motivation, engagement and attendance at work through improved levels of health awareness and personal fitness. They are therefore looking for an experienced professional who also has an interest in promoting health and fitness.

Your key responsibilities will include establishing and monitoring an attendance monitoring system; designing and assessing the benefit of relevant wellbeing initiatives; propose and implement an employee assistance programme; help to promote green working issues; and work across the business and clients to conduct projects and events on relevant issues.

To be successful you should have experience of working in a corporate environment either as a provider or recipient of healthcare services, and have a working knowledge of their procurement. You should also have excellent communication skills.
